Inspiration—Motivation—Results!
Mindful eaters and exercisers often
derive motivation from seeing the results of their healthy habits;
the more success they see, the more motivation, energy, and
endorphins the brain provides to help them perpetuate the cycle of
good health and happiness. Unfortunately, for the majority of
Americans, the opposite is also true. A well-meaning couch potato
has to overcome almost impossible barriers not only to exercise, but
also to exercise her limited supply of will-power to continue day
after painfully discouraging day. And the positive results she is so
desperately working toward often can't come soon enough when she must
fight though endless doubt, frustration, exhaustion, sore muscles,
and blisters.
Bad habits of any kind are very hard to
break, even the small ones. The good news? Good habits are just has
hard to break once they are fully developed. The longer you practice
those positive habits, the more inspiration you'll find. But
continuously finding inspiration to motivate yourself can be
exhausting in of itself. That's where the Hunger Free Lifestyle Club
plays a major role.
In short, we're a club, all working
toward the same goal. We may “compete” against each other for
prizes or respect because so many are inspired by friendly
competition, but we are really only competing against ourselves in
order to achieve our own personal goals that we set for ourselves.
We will never have a contest where a single participant lacks the
ability to win. For example, in school, you remember that it was
entirely possible for everyone to earn an “A” in any given class,
but often only the more academically motivated kids would achieve the
higher grades, and they would often compete with each other to see
who among them could earn the highest grade. Of course they almost
always aced the class. As much as every student had the opportunity
to earn an A, more probably earned “B”s and “C”s, and so on.
Those least motivated often failed the class. This club and life
itself is no different. Statistically speaking, those “A”
students eventually went on to successful careers and enjoy a higher
quality of life, while those who failed in high school are more
likely to struggle their entire lives.
In the pursuit of top grades,
promotions in your career, or losing weight, effort counts for a lot,
but not everything. You've heard the expression; “practice makes
perfect.” That is only half accurate. In reality, practice makes
permanent. If you are practicing using bad information or methods,
no matter how much effort you put in, you will fail.
I didn't write the book on weight loss
(yet), but I certainly did read it (hundreds of them), and as your
weight loss and motivational coach, my job is to give you every tool
you need for the most efficient path to meet your goals. But you
still must put in the work yourself. No one can make you healthy or
happy. First, you have to decide you want success. You must believe
you deserve it, and determine exactly what “success” personally
means to you. Finally, you must commit to it.
I'm the first to admit that I'm not the
best, the most experienced, or the only health and fitness coach out
there. You could do better (for much more money). But you could
also do much, much worse.
The bottom line is simple; why chose
the Hunger Free Weight Loss Club? Why believe in me?
The answer is even simpler. I
literally cannot make any money from you unless you are happy and
successful. I'll tell you most of what you need to succeed without
charging you a dime. For the most disciplined among you, that could
be enough, and I'm happy to help (even happier if you refer me to
your friends). But I'm certain that most of you will recognize that
in order to achieve all that you are capable of, you will require the
information and motivation provided by a coach who has over two
decades of experience and can't succeed without your success.
How many sports teams have won trophies
without a good coach? How many Hollywood actors lost all their fat
and gained all that muscle without a team of nutritional and fitness
coaches/trainers?
The better question might be this: How
many of those coaches were so confident in their abilities that they
would not accept any payment unless their clients felt great about
themselves and were excited to become paying clients as soon as they
were able?
You need not believe a word you read.
You need only take a simple LEAP of faith by way of filling out and
returning the simple 1-page wellness survey and find a mutually
convenient time/place for your initial consultation. I'm confident
you will make the best choice for yourself.
Just remember, I can't succeed without
your success.
